Session Description

From day one, employees expect that their workplace will allow for robust wireless access to information and networks via their personal technology devices. These devices are critical to allow for communication and information sharing to a mobile workforce. However, there are several hurdles to seamlessly integrating this technology into the workflow of the office environment. This program will explore some of the most common technology challenges faced including intuitive user interfaces, room scheduling, network access and security, and flexible design to plan for the technology of tomorrow.

Learning Objectives

1. Learn about the current trends in workflow and user requirements to be efficient
2. Understand the current wireless collaboration styles and applications for such technology
3. Learn about the different technologies and how they may be applied to enhance a user's workflow
4. Learn how this technology can seamlessly integrate with other room systems to provide an immersive and intuitive experience for the user
