Positive Impact in a Transformational Age

How do you enable and empower Facility Management practitioners to be more positive and continue to be proactive about the impact they are making on the business?

This is what we do in the FM industry - we have been meeting high expectations all along, but we need to be prepared to adapt to transformational changes that are taking place in our organizations.

We will discuss the ways to be proactive about preparing for the future trends that will influence our organizations to ensure that we continue to have the positive impact long term for the changing landscape.

LEARNING POINTS

  • We will discuss some ways to use positivity and “arguments” as tools to create more impact.
  • We will discuss how to be proactive about preparing for the most likely trends that will affect your business.
  • Steps to prepare for your transformation and how to get buy in based on trends:
    • Organizational Collaboration
    • Data collection and analysis
    • Transformation team alignment
