Maureen’s passion is for transforming business and its strategic redesign for the future of work. It has been the foundation of her success in the Commercial and Corporate Real Estate industry where Work and the Workplace is changing dramatically. Investors and users are looking for innovation to help them thrive. She works with them to find opportunities to create a productive and positive workplace experience through operational excellence and digitally enabling their properties and portfolios. These efforts are focused on driving measurable results that positively impact the real estate portfolio and the value of the corporation.

Upon joining The We Company in 2018, Maureen launched Global Real Estate Operations & Strategic Services for the company. Maureen is responsible for designing service delivery systems with processes and digital solutions that increase productivity and support the future of work.

With over 25 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Maureen is serving as a trusted advisor for global associations and nonprofit institutions: the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Overseas Building Operation’s Industry Advisory Group, Americas Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Real Estate Advisory Board of the New York State Teachers Retirement System, and the Board of Trustees at Roosevelt University.
