Zoom Webinar | After registering, participants will receive an email the day of the event with a calendar invite and virtual meeting credentials.

Directions

The Covid-19 Pandemic continues to progress and be a challenge for us. It has significantly changed much of our society, as more companies close or furlough employees, or remain open, but follow strict guidelines and practices.  Many will be working from home well into 2021 and beyond.

This informative presentation will share lessons learned, as more companies transition to Work-From-Home (WFH) environments, and what the future needs are going forward.

Real examples and stories of how companies were initially unprepared and struggled, to how they were able to transition over the pandemic.   This presentation will discuss the strategies and tactics to address WFH ergonomics, not how to set-up your home office.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn:

  1. How we were unprepared to handle long-term WFH issues and the negative outcomes.
  2. How some companies have transitioned from a reactive DIY approach to a proactive approach that supports the long term permanent shift we are seeing in WFH.
  3. Strategies and tactics moving forward to support a permanent or long-term shift in the WFH environment.
