Program Overview
Rapid advances in technology and science are causing some industries to decline while others flourish. These factors when combined with the retiring baby boomers will accelerate major skill gaps over the next five to ten years, ushering in a new era of career obsolescence. The skills gap is further compounded when people get too comfortable in their jobs and develop a false sense of job security. This presentation will help managers meet the future with confidence, stay ahead of the game and acquire concrete techniques to keep their careers on track.
