Mentor Program

MENTOR PARTNERSHIP OBJECTIVE

Provide a formal venue for seasoned and emerging Professional IFMA members to share information, coach, troubleshoot, and navigate challenges and career objectives. The Career Services Committee is here to help guide you if you have any questions, comments, or concerns at any point during your experience with this program.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

• Complete “Get to Know You” meeting and discuss individual goals for partnership
• Establish a flexible and realistic timeline
• If desired, work together to develop a guide or focus for each conversation
• Reflect on progress since the last conversation and identify highlights you want to share

• Review resource guidelines to help determine next steps
