Membership Information

Information about joining IFMA and the Chicago Chapter may be obtained by contacting the chapter's Membership Committee Chair (see contact info below) or you may contact the Chapter Administrator's Office via phone 312-236-0900 or e-mail .

When you Choose to Become a member of IFMA, don't forget to Choose IFMA Chicago. We highly encourage that you invest in this addition so that you have local peers and local involvement. It will advance your credibility at your current employer as well as among your local peers. So, don't forget to select "Chicago" as your local chapter of choice when joining IFMA.

Chapter Dues are in addition to IFMA National dues.  Each chapter has their own dues structure.  The Chicago Chapter of IFMA has a 'bundling fee structure'.  This structure includes the 8 monthly luncheon programs within the annual chapter dues.

Chicago Chapter Annual Dues: 

• FM Professional - FM Professional, Transitioning to an FM Career, Job Seeker, Other Workplace Professional: $231

• Associate - Company Representative or Solutions Provider:  $231

• Young Professional - 35 years of age or younger; may not exceed 5 years: $120

• Retired - no longer full-time in the FM industry:  $50

• Student - engaged in full-time study at an accredited college or university:  $10
