How do I access the Member Directory?

The Member Directory is a powerful tool which you may not have even known existed.  Professional Members can use the Directory to search for Associate Members based on the services they provide.  Associate Members can search for Professional Members to assist in locating contact information.  To access the Member Directory, follow these steps:

• Click 'Member Login' in the 'Quick Links' section
• Input your Username and Password
• On the bottom left hand side of the screen after logging in is the 'Member Area', Member Directory is the second-to-last.

Why is my contact information incorrect on the Chicago member online directory – even after I update it at www.ifma-chicago.org ?

The Chicago Chapter member profile information is imported once a week from the IFMA National database.  What that means for Chicago Chapter members is that you need to confirm your contact information is correct at the national level.  Login at www.ifma.org and check your member profile.   Update your profile as needed and that information will be imported to the Chicago Chapter’s online directory.  It’s that easy!
